Since the passing of President Omar Bongo of Gabon (and of course the long departed Canaan Banana), I have been mourning the loss of top notch ministerial names.

I am happy to say that His Excellency President Goodluck Jonathan has now filled the gap :lolol:

Didn't bring Nigeria much luck in the World Cup, but yes they certainly had the flairiest presidential name in the World Cup and perhaps the world.

I think Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini, President of Swaziland, is quite flair.

Since the passing of President Omar Bongo of Gabon (and of course the long departed Canaan Banana), I have been mourning the loss of top notch ministerial names.

But at least he has been replaced by...

I give you the President of Gabon - Ali Bongo Ondimba (the son of Omar)

Slightly disappointed he has changed his name though. He was born Alain Bernard Bongo.

A president named Bernard Bongo would have been true class...
