Sky One - the only worthwhile show they have is The Simpsons. The rest of their lineup is absolute dirge, and peppered with the longest and most frequent commercial breaks on British television.

A snapshot of today. You have two hours of Star Trek from 5 till 7. Then 2 hours of Simpsons from 7 till 9. Then this Conspiracies thing till 10. Then Very Worst Saucy TV till 11. Then yet another "Terror Alert - Could You Survive ?" from 11 till 12.

At least The Simpsons partially redeems it, but being as these have been repeated about 4 times in the last 2 months, it still ain't great. And don't even get me started on Kirstys Naughtiest Home Videos, or (god help us) the tedious, titillating tat masquerading as soft porn with stuff like World Records of Sex, or the "reality" rubbish like The Villa or the Reps thing.

What a f***ing shit channel.
