I know its the World Cup and all that......but is the US Open being shown on terrestrial TV at any point ? Normally BBC2 late in the evening i thought ?

No its on Sky. The BBC have the Masters.
Its just started on Sky Sports 2, 9 hours of coverage today.

Woods has already dropped a couple of shots and looks like he'll miss his first cut in a major.
