After reading that falmer resident/albion fan's thoughts in the Argus yesterday (and how my blood pressure rose) I decided to find out just what the alternative sites to Falmer are so the next time some GOON dribbles on giving it the Waterhall/Withdean/Albion haven't looked at all potential sites crap, we can all be prepared with cogent reasons and explanations as to why they are talking out their mud pipe.
Here are the sites that were considered before Falmer was chosen as the ONLY site for a new stadium, please add comments as to why they aren't suitable for a stadium. Best rebuttal wins Charles Hoile's home address and phone number.

Hove Greyhound Stadium - The dogs would keep running after the ball
Brighton General Hospital - Too many nurses- opposing fans would take the piss
King Alfred Leisure Centre - Swimmers would get in the way
Black Rock - Too many blokes in rain coats
