The Nationwide Cup And Me - Surreal But True !

I was in an 8 people taxi on my way back from the game.

Neil's Mobile rings.

Could we rendezvous with the Team Coach at Hickstead ?

Have we room for 3 more passengers ? Bob Booker, Matt Hicks and Sir Danny Cullip need a lift home !

Answer - YES !!!

So at about 1am found myself in deepest, darkest Sussex sharing aforesaid taxi with the above PLUS the Nationwide Cup.

The Cup isn't very big or heavy as I found when cuddling it but its symbolism is HUGE !!!

Danny was very interesting to talk to and those 20 minutes or so in his company absolutely made my wonderful day.
