'i cant be arsed to go in to town and buy a banana, i'll buy one later in the week'

so, today im in town banana hunting! ive shortlisted 2 or 3 shops and wouldnt you know it?!! there in the window of the final shop is a giant yellow banana.

YES!!! in i stroll.

'alright mate, how much for a giant banana?'

'7.99'

'7.99?? havent u got any cheaper ones?'

'no mate, we only do the the 28 inchers, if you're desperate you can have it for 6 quid!'

'hmmm'

should i pay 6 quid?? i want one!! but 6 quid??

Six quid probably isn't a bad price for one of the bigguns. I shelled out £3.50 for a small one.

Personally though I think it could become a bit of a liability with it's size. One thing being that you're not able to deflate it and slip it in your back pocket on the way out the ground.

No, you CAN deflate it. That would just be silly! I mean it mightn't be small enough still to conceal when deflated, making you a potential target for home fans.

I followed Seagullible on Saturday and we had to lift the banana over the top once he had gone through.
