certainly not as many as seven even if it is serious why would you need seven police cars there and I do know that it might be a little interesting in a boring life riding round in a car .......but just how many boys in blue do you need there, detectives will be there doing the necessary and maybe 4 coppers to rope/tape off the area and secure it and I am sure they will have enough rubber neckers without some of their own bogging up the area
