They can blame Victoria Beckham as far as I am concerned:
CHEEKYS' MISSING MILLION
Pop duo The Cheeky Girls are more than £1m out of pocket after their record company went into administration, according to reports.
Romanian sisters Monica and Gabriel are owed the money by Telstar, which got into trouble in March last year, the Daily Star claims.
Their mother Margrit, who has written their hit songs such as Cheeky Holiday, said: "The girls are owed £500,000 and I am owed £700,000, but there is nothing we can do to get the money.
"Fortunately they did many appearances last year and made money from that. But I'm sure everyone on Telstar was not so lucky."
Victoria Beckham, Craig David and Mis-Teeq were also on the label when it went into administration.
The Cheekys have set up their own record label, XBN Music, to release their new single later this month.
