For fucks sake why does it have to be realistic - what do you want, an actual photo of a seagull on your shirt. Its an image - we are the seagulls and we traditionally play in blue (whatever the shade).
What more do you want!

an actual photo would be fantastic, although making the seagull from actual feathers would make it top draw
