By way of update, I had a diary reminder to cancel my existing £1 a month subscription today which reverts to £7.99 a month next week and have been offered another £1 a month to renew which I’ve taken them up on.

Just a heads up for anyone in a similar place

Just cancelled as no offer beyond the renewal price of £7.99 monthly but expect to be offered the £1 for new members shortly, failing that time for a new email address

Mine expires 1 Dec. Offer was £59.99 for the year so just cancelled and they offered £24 instead (with some New York tims game thing thrown in).

I've just had an email from them offering me to resubscribe for £1 a month so no need to faff about with different/temporary email addresses.

Happy to pay £1. Not happy at paying £7.99.

I’ll wait an offer, have been on the £1 a month for two years so wonder if I’m maxed out on the discount front
