Lucinda was an amazing enigma and definitely a better contractor than being employed. Very intelligent but the sort of girl to go into a company sort a problem then leave.

Disagree she had a very good track record however the issue was finally wormed out which is she is an individual and works better that way.

She was shit, she disagreed with everyone, she picked on everybody's flaws in order to survive in the boardroom rather than relying on her own abilities.

Most of her diagreements were justified as others ganged up on her as I said it was correct as she is not a corporate type person but better as an individual.

Most companies have it on their application form / process that anything on the form if found out later to be incorrect could lead to being dismissed.
