We are nearly top o' the league
Said, we're nearly top o' the league

How did we do it? Thoughts, theories, posulations, hypotheses and fantasy drivel - all discussed on The Albion Roar on Radio Reverb on 97.2FM and radioreverb.com from 12pm til 1pm this Saturday.

Ady sets the tone, Al answers back, and this week's special guest to offer his two-penn'orth will be Wayne Potbury, who will also be discussing his various roles as BHAFC Education Officer (Coordinating and Delivering U18s Education Programme), AITC Schools Education Coordinator (Coordinating and Delivering Educational Initiative in Schools throughout Sussex) and Acting Young Seagulls Coordinator (Coordinating the Young Seagulls Project Team).

If you miss it, you can catch up on albionroar.co.uk or iTunes later on.

Leave a comment or a question for Wayne here or on our Facebook page regarding his role at the club...

We appered to have eradicated two things recently that may account for our change in league position (more Lua Lua backflips may help a bit as well).

1. Hoofing

2. Yellow red cards

I look forward to seeing us revert to type at 3'oclock Saturday afternoon agaisnt Oldham.

any chance of a regular RSS feed for the podcast? I don't use itunes and it will save about 8 seconds if I didn't have to visit the website to download ;-)

And since I am asking, I thought I'd better give you a link to something that will make an RSS feed for you!

Here: Podcast Generator - Open Source Podcast Publishing Solution

From the website, some of its main points are:
-Very easy to install (Web Setup Wizard);
-Free and open source;
-Supports ANY media filetype (mp3, ogg, mpg, m4v, mov, pdf, etc...) and allows to create mixed audio and video podcasts;
-The XML feed automatically generated is fully compatible with aggregators (e.g. Juice and iTunes), meets the w3c standards and supports iTunes specific tags;

Yes it is. you may need to go in and refresh it from time to time. A couple of shows have been late going up recently but we think we may have found a way around this.

btw dont forget we are on air on 97.2 fm today at 12 :thumbsup:

El Abd and Elphick were both immense at Plymouth, blocked everything all night and never once left us feeling that the home side were going to score.

A totally professional performance all round.

im just saying the whole defending is improved, they know what they are doing and look more comfortable in possession, and Bennets cover is also really good

and we have been called "the arsenal of league 1"

Plymouths fans were suggesting we were boring at times against them, laughable really as the only reason they were bored-particularly in the first half- was because they could not get the ball off us. Great to see such a professional performance, with just enough flair to keep us interested.
