That idea for scrapping draws - did anything come of it?

Yes I know everyone thinks it's a stupid idea and should never see the light of day, but since it was touted back in mid-March, I've heard nothing else.

They said if it got enough support it'd go to the meeting in June to be considered, but does anyone have any more info?
