A big thankyou to yourself for your tolerance and patience (my tickets duly arrived) and to the staff in the ticket office who obviously worked incredibly hard to cope with the torrent of ticket requests (and doubtlessly, had to deal with any amount of frustrated supporters!).
However, judging by the number of comments on NSC alone, I do feel it is important that senior management at the club look very carefully at the ticketing system and membership schemes that they have in place. With the new stadium on the way, the club will surely want to have something in place that can be understood and accessed by all potential customers!

Thanks for your comments, we have been looking at ticketing for sometime now (and always do) - but we will not just abandon the existing scheme rules and start from scratch. Fans have 18 months to get used to the system in time for Falmer and in the meantime we will continue to evaluate the membership schemes. Whatever we do, it will be loyalty-based, with existing STH first in the queue.

I know there have been some problems with first-time online users, but that is to be expected with any new system. On the whole the process has run as well as we hoped. It has been a learning curve for everyone, ourselves included, using a new system which was only installed in the summer. It will only get easier from now on.
