Hate to put a downer on it but a quick Google suggests it is a BT initiative for all ST holders. Didn't click on the link as it was the Scum but that was the impression I got.

Edit - also a Reddit link that Watford ST holders got it as well

I think it is part of the PL deal with BT Sport for home STHs.

So, as away fans, we are unlikely to get a free pass for the Norwich game on BT Sport.
