What a great gesture by a few of your fans today to go to B&Q and buy buckets and collect for our trust fund.

For me the result was irrelavant, just the fact I had a team to watch was fantastic, though I did think there was very little between the teams other than finishing prowess.

Overall though I have two abiding memories of todays game; firstly we had a team on the pitch, and secondly that magnificent gesture by your fans, from myself and lots of latics fans our most sincere thanks,
