Thank goodness The Insider has a more balanced view than Andy Naylor!

The Insider has responded to 209 questions on Ask The Club in the past 3 weeks, and there are composite two threads (one about travel and one about the SSC ramp up event with many more questions and comments)... he hasn't called anyone a MORON or STELLAR WHINER.

That's because Insider realises the importance of fans to the history of B&HA. Mr Naylor would very obviously prefer a world where the only dialogue between fans and the club is through him.
Calling fans morons really is very low indeed.

Could be that's because Insider ......................... is a fan himself!

Have to say I think Naylor's comments possibly do reflect the views of one or two at the club - Perry and Hebberd come to mind. The vast majority seem to understand that in the internet age it is easier to express concerns. That is not to say that all criticism is justified or reasonable but most is supportive and well intentioned from people who are passionate about their club.
Of course there are idiots (Manag on the Argus site for example) but rising to the bait is not clever from a professional journo who should have learned "not to feed the trolls"

I'm not sure that is borne out by this comment Bozza made on the "Has Naylor declared war on NSC?" thread...

"I'm commenting without seeing this morning's piece but I'll just add one more thing: I've had emails from 2 (two) Albion directors speaking very positively about the help that NSC/NSCers have given to the Albion in the snagging process and their ongoing work with Buckingham. "
