This may sound dodgy but.....I need some help.
I need to be able to add smileys or flowers etc to some digitally scanned photos in order to cover up faces etc. I tried using clip art but for some reason I could not put it on top of the area I wanted to cover on the photo.
Could anyone direct me in the right direction and suggest a programme or whatever in order to enable me to do this.
I must stress by the way that its nothing illegal just that I need to cover some unwanted adverts .http://www.northstandchat.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif
