'A DISAPPOINTING LOVER'
Sven-Goran Eriksson is set to make his first public appearance since details of his affair with an FA secretary emerged.
His outing will be shrouded in new personal revelations from Faria Alam about their sex sessions, claiming Sven was "disappointing" between the sheets.
And Faria - who reportedly admitted bedding a third senior FA executive - claimed to friends the England football coach had been chasing her from day one.
The latest claims came a day after Sven - due to attend a football tournament in Amsterdam - insisted he had not lied to his bosses over the affair.
But his first words on the affair have done nothing to calm the situation, with a friend of Faria's telling The Sun Sven bombarded the secretary with romantic calls during June's Euro 2004.
Faria pleaded with him to dump long term partner Nancy Dell'Olio with Sven saying he would, eventually.
Ambreen Shiekh, 34, said: "Faria told me Sven would call her every day. He said he was always trying to get rid of Nancy but he just couldn't shake her off."
She said Faria only latched on to "poor substitute" Sven while on the rebound from FA chief executive Mark Palios, "the man she really loved".
Ambreen said: "I know her well enough to know that she did not feel the same passion with Sven.
"He was disappointing for her as a lover compared to Palios.
"But she grew fond of him all the same and wanted their relationship to be public."
