Oakwood 1 Lewes 7, Ringmer 1 Worthing 0 that leaves us ,Crawley, Bognor and Ringmer in the semis.I know most will be indifferent but if you do care who would you like to see win it?

I think it has to be a LEWES - CRAWLEY final.
Should attract a big gate!
Would the winner have "We are the non-league champions of Sussex" bragging rights!

Unfortunately I went to see Ringmer vs Worthing last night to watch a certain player. It was 120 minutes of constant ref baiting. It was also quite disappointing to see what a twat John Crumplin can be on the line. Admittedly the ref wasn't marvellous but these teams have got to remember what level they're playing at.

At half time in extra time someone from the Worthing bench came steaming onto the pitch berating the ref because a Ringmer player was getting a drink! If the ref made a couple of mistakes it was nothing compared to Sam Francis putting the ball over the bar from six inches yet no-ones telling him he's the worst player in the world and that 'he'd better not come into the bar'.

All in all it was a pathetic example of what football has become. With players and supporters included it just boiled down to 200 people calling him a wanker every time he blew his whistle.

If Worthing and Ringmer felt aggrieved by his performance they should think about the poor people there as nuetrals who forked out four and half quid to watch the shit they served up for 120 minutes!

Thinking about it however I would actually exclude Danny Bloor from any criticism as he was the only one who seemed to know how to behave.
