After Sussex's promotion rivals, Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire's game was a no result, here is the latest table.

http://www.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004/ENG_LOCAL/NLS/NLS_TABLE_2004.html

Sussex have to play the top three teams in their last three games. They are-

Worcestershire Hove Tommorow
Durham Riverside 29th August
Middlesex Hove 2nd September

Can the Sharks win promotion?

Although I am a big fan of the sharks I very much doubt promotion is on the cards

Oh it is very much on the cards, the teams we have to play are all above us so if we win them we are in with a good shout.

I shall be there tomorrow for the Worcestershire game and a few Oranjebooms. :drink:

If it was the bottom three sides then I would be very optimistic but as it is the top three I have my doubts. our best chance of promotion is if Gareth Glover tips everyone else :lolol:

Is this the one-day league? (I don't follow cricket).

Reason I ask - I noticed that at the weekend Sussex beat Scotland - whose team includes a bloke called Yasser Arafat. :lolol:
