Just looking through T.V. guide just wondering if your going to watch this programme on the stars family who have an Alcholic in there family a man who was a great footballer in this country
I'd have thought "Surviving Gaza" would be a more relevant topic.
Read his book, was so depressed afterwards that I can't bear to watch him battling his illness on a documentary. So no, won't be watching. It's too sad. Good luck Paul, you deserve some peace mate.![]()
Why does he deserve some peace if he's the one who has caused all the misery? And don't give me that "alcoholism is a disease" crap - it's nothing more than a selfish, self-inflicted condition.

youre wrong IMO, if you watched that youd see hes got some bad issues and cant help hinself. really horrible viewing. Sherryl seemed to be almost enjoying/exploiting I thought, though his oldest kid seemed like a good lad
sad
I found the programme interesting, but was reaching for the booze half way through (ironically). What a really sad state of affairs all round.![]()
