Suit Jackets/Blazers with jeans

Now to me this is/was a big no, no only open to the students and Jeremy Clarkson, and possibly NSC dweebos but I am warming to this fashion statement after seeing some rather tasty customised (grafed up) pieces in Urban Outfitters in Kensington High Street.

What do NSC users think??

NB I will do the opposite of what the general consensus is here.

Suit blazer and jeans are only acceptable when worn with chocolate suede gucci driving loafers, salmon pink socks, lemon yellow lacoste shirt and when the blazer has a red pin striped lining...

The proposed walking position is to strut with ones chin up in the air and bottom cheeks clenched (as if holding a single rose).

Although struting should only be required from the Bentley to the hallowed foyer of the wood panelled boys bum chum club....

I wore the old pinstripped jacket, Tshirt, jeans and trainers out last night for a work do and was praised by all the ladies that I looked very nice - You may all say it is a bit gay but if the women love it then I couldnt give a f*** !

Yeah Jeremy Clarkson meets Don Johnson. Very smooth. I'll be bouffing my mullet and splashing on some Hi Karate if anyone wants me.

Actually that's bollocks, I'll be with Brixtaan organising the fashion police sniper squad.

I'm going to a gig straight from work tonight, so I'm wearing a shirt and tie along with my jeans, so I can just take the tie off and head to the gig.

Unfortunately I've just realised that I look like a member of Status Quo at a wedding.

Moral: smart and casual don't mix.

In a pile of football shirts
Let's get this straight.

A blazer is to be worn with slacks, a shirt (with collar) and if the function is formal a tie, if it's sporting then a cravat.

A suit is both trousers and jacket, and occasionally a waistcoat. It is to be worn with a shirt and tie.
