STH+3 - Do the +3 have to be on the current fan database?

Do the +3 have to be on the current fan database? If not I'd suggest that the scheme is open to rampant abuse, touting etc. and amounts to positive discrimination in favour of people who have not previously shown any interest in the Albion. While agreeing that no solution is perfect, this one seems less perfect than most.

No - but the +3 is at the discretion of the individual. With regard to touting or abuse of the process, any season-ticket holder caught doing so will run the risk of losing theirs plus additional tickets. It is for friends and family only.
