Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
Did anyone else think that this was a little OTT.
Oh and did anyone without a ticket get into the away end ??
My mates did not have tickets but entered the ground at gate 18 (nearest home fan gate to ours) at 2:45 asked a steward if they could be moved at which point he told them to wait while he got his supervisor.
His supervisor did not return, but two of D+C finest did to remind them that under the Football Act (??) they had entered the wrong part of the ground and should be removed, in this intance tho, they could watch the game provided they behave.
Great !!
The most ridiculous incident we spotted was a bloke in our end who could hardly even walk with a stick being threatened with ejection if he didn't calm down, what did they think he was going to do ?? The amount of times we were asked to sit down it must be an offence to stand up and cheer your team on in fuc*in no tail land.

Crap result ? I'd have taken a draw before a ball was kicked. Frustrating how it came about in the end, but I wouldn't call it a crap result. Not many teams will leave with much from Plymouth this season.

As for the stewards - yes, its irritating being told to sit down, but in the away end (where I was anyway), we had one steward come round right at the start of the match to tell people to sit down, and that was it. We stood up a fair few times during the game for one reason or another, but no hassle.

They ARE only acting under instruction though. I'm sure they'd rather just stand there and watch the match rather than troop up and down the steps all afternoon telling people to sit down. If its the clubs policy to ensure fans are seated, don't blame the stewards for having to enforce it.

Easy 10, we WERE in the away end, down near the front L/H corner.

I take your point about them only enforcing a ruling, but from where I was sitting (!!) it apeared that they only seemed keen on enforcing those rules in the first 10 rows or so.

Crap result cos we capitulated under pressure, if we are to go up as champions then we must be able to hold our nerve against the so called stronger sides, because if you go to places such as Home Park and feel happy about coming away with a draw then champions we are never going to be.

A lot of folk seem to think that PAFC are a strong side, to me they are a mid table team with a half decent manager basically built on SPL rejects.

I wish the stewards would enforce it from the front.

I wont sit down if someone is standing in front of me.

Tickets for the away end WERE available on the day.

Well I was told that Away tickets were not available on the day when I called PAFC at 10am from the car.
Hence my mates not even going round to the ticket office to try and get some !!
I think I am going to put it down to a bad day all round !!
