If there was one player I would love to join us it would be steven gillespie from Cheltenham. If we go up I think we would have a chance of bagging him. He is a superb player and would fit in very well with our style of play. He seems to create or score a goal every game, irrespective of opponent! He is always bringing the ball down, creating opportunities and linking up very well with all the players around him. Anyone else concur? IF we go up, are there any other players you would like to see in the hallowed blue and white?

Also, anyone heard anything else about Currie?

completely and utterly agree , a player who is not afraid to skin a few players before passing the ball on , the type of player who will get the best out of Forster!

ripped us to piece on many of occasions this season alone! would love to see him in the stripes!

Probably about as much chance of seeing them play for us as there is of Gillespie doing so.

I'd like to be proven wrong on this one, but I just can't see it somehow.

he beat about 4 players last night to set up cheltenhams goal - and two of the tackles he recieved on the way were fouls

superb player - very much doubt he will be in this league next season

I haven't seen him play personally (he might have been part of the losing Brizzle team in the play-off final) but from what I hear he is a quality player.
If he is as good as everyone else seems to think. unfortunately:
A) We won't be able to afford him (£500k+ min.)
B) There is likely to be much, much better clubs after him

But to be fair, we still have Murray AND Forster AND Dixon. If we wanted a freebie come the summer maybe we could take that Forest Rovers bloke. I heard his contract runs out at the end of the season?
