Truly horrible. Only worse thing he could have done is SHOUTED VERY LOUDLY IN ENGLISH. Cos that usually works abroad.

He was speaking to a foreigner the way most Brits abroad speak to them. Slowly and in pidgin English, problem is you don't have to do that with the Dutch and Scandinavians as most of them seem to have a better grasp of English than quite a few Brits can manage.
