Spread bets in WC

Does anyone happen to know what the spreads were on a) the number of pens and b) the number of red cards throughoit the tournament?

We seem to be very light on both - in fact, I don't think we've had a pen yet.

Someone selling could be very happy right now.

Looking at bethilo.com (poor mans sporting index) they are quoting converted penalties as 9-10 (90 minutes only) - red cards 13-14.5 (2 so far)
