Haven't watched it since Tom Baker in my youth, but I rate Christopher Eccleson as an A list British film talent, probably the best and most versatile actor this country has produced in the last 20 years, and it is a major, major coup that the beeb got him for Dr Who. The new series being filmed largely in Wales apparently, various Welsh slag heaps/gravel pits doubling as some far away planet no doubt.

I want them to use the Orbital remix of the theme tune. Improves on a classic.

Considering the original was done without any synths, or anything more than an echo chamber and a few tape decks, its an amazing feat.
