It's good to see that, when every other ITV Region is showing the highlights from their local Nationwide League games, Meridian is bringing us a feast of entertainment from ... the Southampton Boat Show.

They must be gutted that their only two local football clubs play in the Premiership.

Fair comment about my reading habits, I guess. Problem is that out here in the far flung part of Sussex that I live in (about five miles east of Lewes), we get ITV London as our "local" station. I just assumed that their information about Soccer Sunday applied to the Meridian timings as well.

If only I wasn't boycotting the Argus...
