I'm sure Calderon would be happy to manage Spanish players, don't see the problem.

I honestly think he'll stay for a few more seasons if we don't reach the promised land. But he has total control, making decent signings at the moment in one of the world's best state-of-the-art stadiums as confirmed by winning that award. He's playing football his way and has the fans backing. Unless the Chelsea manager's job comes calling, I can't see him leaving. This is his experiment, and it appears to be working in favour of him.

Just means we get a Spanish speaking manager - i for one wouldnt mind Roberto Martinez, Pep Guardiola, Rafa Benitez, Vicente Del Bosque or Jose Mourinho.

Strange thread. If Gus gets headhunted it'll be because he's got us up to the premiership and we're holding our own. Any manager that follows will surely be happy with a 30K crowd and a team full of technically decent players.

Tanno is Argentinian. He can speak Spanish. So what's the problem?
