Lammy .... I had not even seen the Argus (cos I live oop North) and not even logged onto NSC today before my source at Whitehall told me of the 17 letters. Now another source confirmed the 9am Tuesday time for publication and in the last 15 minutes the ODPM press office has also confirmed tomorrow ....we don't just sit and make these things up matey!
