Ah I see, so we bring someone else in who ships out the current team, spends a over a million on his own squad and then while they start playing together and pick up inconsistent results we get rid of him and keep doing the ridiculous merry go round. We are not going up or down this season. We are playing far better football than we did last season and decent football at this level. We are not very far away from being an excellent team. Still, lets just throw it all up in the air and bring someone else in. Really makes sense.

I do agree - and it's not good for progress either. It's all very strange and massively confusing as to why we just can't seem to put performances together.
