My current TV set up is an older Phillips HD ready TV that does not have any HDMI connection but is DVI. Amazingly using an HDMI to DVI cable and a seperate audio cable it connects perfectly to a standard Sky HD box an outputs a great picture.
However, the box was just starting to play up a bit and space to store recordings was also becoming an issue. As Sky contract was up for renewal managed to get a good deal on new 2TB sky box. My question is whether the main Sky Q box can still be connected to my TV which as described above does not have HDMI connection? A bit of googling suggests this is not an issue if the said TV is just the one being connected to a Sky Q mini box but can't find answer in respect of connection to main box.
