If Roberts gets back between the sticks i will be very disappointed although Hicksy said last night that Coppell isn't a very big fan of Kuipers kicking (can't think why) and that Roberts is his preferred choice but with stopping like last night that can win matches i think that Kuipers is the only choice to keep goal.

Such a shame about the dodgy penalty decision or else it would have been yet another clean sheet

I couldn't believe he saved it as it came at him so quick.I thought it had just hit the bar.

Kuiper's is definitely the best Albion keeper I've seen.

Especially loved the way he (and the rest of the team) came over at the end of the game. That roar of approval from him was very satisfying.

I must admit to a certain level of glory-hunting by some here on NSC. Roberts appeared to be the fave keeper at the start of the season, with FDM getting a wee bit of flak, especially for his kicking, which does have a gradually diminshing question mark next to it. I have faith in both, and am delighted that Kuipers is back - and back at his best.

I also liked the way the Rushden keeper gave him a round of applause aftr the save...

He knew quality when he saw it!

The Rushden goalie was awful, spilled everything and should have saved Rehman's shot, Kuipers highlighted why a top keeper is essential, he will win us even more points over the season, loved his fist clenching to the fans afterwards, quality

Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
Superb last night.
Has not let us down since his return from Hull.
Another good bit of news is that my sister informed me last night that Hull signed another keeper yesterday so Knob jockeyTaylor will not be sniffing around FDM again.
Double Hoorah !

My only concern there is that, once Roberts is fit, Coppell will make him sit on the bench. Better he has first team football - as he clearly deserves. Hopefully, however, the FDM(C) has impressed Coppell enough for him to be given the starts.

I dont think FDM can do anymore to impress Coppell.
If he leaves him out when Roberts becomes fit, then it can only mean that there is a problem with the relationship between Manager and Player.
Personally I think he would be mad to bring Roberts back when FDM has been the catalyst of our recent sucsess both on the pitch and in the stands !!!
