Sheff Weds take 3000 allocation

Their season ticket holders can buy from 28th followed by a general sale on 3rd September.

There is a lot of miss information here though. Why is it only 3000, when we know the away area can now hold 3300.

Also, they say that 2 prices are on offer but they say it is ALL in the south stand?

It looks as though the away 2 blocks in the east have been labelled S1A and S1B. Fair enough, but away punters need to know their premium price is getting them a pukka side on view and not a corner or behind the goal.

I'll be mightily impressed if they do shift 3,000 tickets for a Friday night game.

Surely 3300 is the cup one. 3000 is more than 10% of the current capacity.

No, half the south, along with the corners and 2 blocks in the ESL make it 3300. The other chap I am sure if right when he said that the 300 is lost in segregation.

The other half of the south is what is offered in 15% cup situations in addition, to take it to about 4500

Time on hands so I have posted on their forum. Looking forward to some 'hilarious' gay jokes in response.

Moronic comments from a so called big club that have actually never been big. What have they actually ever won? Delusions of grandeur from a bunch of non achievers. One idiot complaining that the allocation is only 3000! Yeah, dream on if you think you would get more than that at most clubs.

Hopefully Mandaric will ruin them financially like he did that other lot.

Another big team to put onto the list of 'make sure we beat them' along with Ipswich.

Even 15% of the current capacity (27,500) is only 4,125. They have no right to expect any more than 2,750.

What an odd set of replies on that forum. Never liked Wednesday, always preferred United.

Remember the capacity will likely increase throughout the year, so I guess what is in place now will be good for the whole and maybe next season.

You are correct, they have no right to moan about 3000 tickets. I would be surprised if they sell everyone
