This may mean absolutely nothing, my friend works at the Amex, went to the players lounge after the game to put food out and Shaun Wright Phillips was in there ! If he signed for us then f***ing HELL that'd be class.

Just beat me to this. SWP was definitely there tonight.

Means nothing. Could have been there supporting his mate Wayne Bridge. And no, it wouldn't be class. He does what Noone does (run like the wind, but no end product), only he's a lot older.

we have noone, KLL and Buckers - all wingers - we need a striker not another midget winger.

Tad harsh on his appearance...

Noone isn't our level, that leaves us with 2 wingers who aren't always fit to play....

You are joking right? He's a touch better than Noone

Disagree. Although, perhaps I accept that he has played at a higher level and therefore has a level of experience that Noone doesn't. That said though, as far as I'm concerned, he's a greedy midget, who's followed the cash everywhere (Man City - Chelsea - back to Mansours millions at City - off to Tony Fernandes's money printing factory). Why would he come to us? He's an aging one trick pony, and within a year or two, that trick too will have disappeared.

I like Nooney, he ran like a beast tonight, he works hard, he's still young and got a bit to learn I admit, but there have to be few on here who question his attitude to the game or to the club. He's passionate, enthusiastic, and in the main, he gets stuck in. IMO he was man of the match tonight.
