Taking Vic Line from Oxford Circus on Saturday. Which station is best? Guess SS to get off (slightly quicker) and TH to get on (post match busy), but advice appreciated.

Good point. I just assumed it would be an absolute nightmare although have never actually tried it. If the away fans were in the west stand I would be more tempted.

I always go to Turnpike lane (Piccadilly line). Lovely choice of lunch options and great area, and then hassle-free bus from there
takes you to within 15 minutes walk of the ground - pub on the way should you want it. Good route back as well.
