Anyone think that the service has got worse again this season? Went down at halftime and joined the queue 25 people deep, must’ve moved about 10 people before I gave up and headed back to my seat just in time to catch the 2nd half kick off.
The club must lose fortunes in food and drink sales.

The problem drinkers head down to the concourses on 30 minutes, ‘winning’ the race.

It took 3 members of staff to get the cap off of my bottle of water (that's not a joke), little things like that don't help the queues!

Hospitality industry is on its knees, something to do with the economy I believe. This after Covid and Brexit. Severe staff shortages. Amazed kiosks are open and have products to sell.

West Lower, as far as i can tell, has the slowest service in the ground. Not sure if this is due to amount of kiosks per person or what
