I doubt it, even Stockport aren't technically down yet and they're miles behind, so Southend must have plenty to play for.

Why would you take delight in sending another club down? Southend are going through a tough time financially and desperately need to stay up and stay afloat.

A couple of seasons ago at Kenilworth Road the chant went up from our end of : " Down in a minute, you're going down in a minute........." Immediately the 4th official's board went up with 3 minutes on it, and yes, you guessed it, the chant changed seemlessly to.......
" DOWN IN 3 MINUTES, YOU'RE GOING DOWN IN 3 MINUTES ......"
Must admit I felt a bit sorry for Luton at the time, and I don't really want Southend to go down as it's one of my favourite away days.

Don't want any southern club to go down.
Send those northern outposts of Stockport, tranmere, oldham & hartlepool down. Too far to travel too, too costly to get to & always cold & wet when you get there!

yes send both of them down, I wouldn't mind if Gillingham didn't but southend can go straight down as far as Im concerned.
