I read many Gillingham fans were disgusted that some of their supporters took to slashing the padded seats last night. Very supprised to hear the south stand had bothered with padded seats, come the end of september I'm sure they wont be padded any more.

Don't worry any club that sits there will pay for damages. So they are only harming their own clubs

Wait til Palace come. Guaranteed damage. They don't have such luxuries in their parts.

Not really a problem. Once they are all kippered, they will be replaced with hard plastic ones. Simples...

Provided Gillingham replace them before the next game and so forth for any other teams supporters it is no problem but could the club not estimate the cost of replacing them and require the club to give refundable deposit of that amount subject to no damage. If the clubs made their supporters aware that they had paid it and the amount would be added proportionately at a game that they know will be well supported away I would think it will stop.
