Season Ticket for old holders

Hi,
I was a season ticket holder up until a couple of seasons ago and have recently received in the post the usual ticket prices form, with a letter attached saying they relise I was a season ticket holder a few years ago and are trying to persuade me back. I am now wishing to buy a season ticket next year and have a question;

I went onto the website and it asks for a 2007/8 membership number, which I do not have, does this mean I cannot purchase a ticket at the moment?
