Season Ticket delivery query

Hello insider,

I would just like to enquire as to why the season tickets aren't sent out by recorded delivery?

Just asking as my season ticket was sent to the house of the same number in the next street, obviously this was not the club's fault and I'm not blaming them but had it gone to a not-so-honest household, I might have lost out on over £400 worth of season ticket.

Because to send 4500 out recorded delivery would cost an absolute fortune. Regards the mistake made by the royal mail with your ticket, had your original ticket not been passed on, it simply would have been voided and a new one re-issued. Had someone tried to use yours they would have been picked up on CCTV and politely asked to explain themselves!
