I know a few have complained about World, overall the service is fine. But I often have problems getting the highlights to open and run (as I am tonight with last nights game against H&W). Indeed my work PC won't allow any of it because of the DRM (?) rights and my servers?

Also, it amazes me that in the past some games with little "highlights" show much action, and those games where we all know there was more we only see a snippet. Often the away games have better coverage than our own!Can we recommend some consistency if at all possible?

Not sure about the technical side of things, you'll need to email customerservices@performgroup.com. But they should work fine.

Re highlights, these are centrally produced by Perform. We are looking at improving the service, including taking the job in house - but it is a lot of effort and resource to do that, and ultimately Perform should be doing a better job!
