No, it's not another Argus billboard

Posters claiming seagulls are government surveillance drones have appeared around the city.
Bemused residents around Hove Station took pictures of the signs which say Seagulls Arn’t Real, Wake Up Brighton.
A picture of the sign was posted online on a page called Keep Brighton Weird.
One commenter, Scott Lawson, said: “The suspicious size of Brighton seagulls compared to others does make this conspiracy believable”
Another commenter said: “I just had one of those government surveillance drones coming in through the upstairs window.”
Brighton and Hove City Council declined to comment on the posters.
