Rangers are only making up the numbers in the Champions League. This result is no surprise at all.

I hope Celtic trounce them, merely because one of my work colleagues is a mod on a Rangers forum :)

there is no reason scotland deserve automatic qualification spot for the champions league.

They should give it to the fifth place English team, that would go down well with the Jocks but at least it would be a hell of a lot more competitive.

Dickhead!

Rangers were actually the better team in the first half and were denied a stonewall penalty just after the half-hour mark.

They played well for first 15 mins of 2nd half but when first, then second goals went in that was it!

They lost to the third best team in Spain who have some great players - plenty of positives can be taken from the way Rangers played tonight and if they play the tims on Sunday the way they played tonight the result will be a good win for the Gers!!

As the SPL is generally a better standard than Div 3 of the English league in which we all support BHA then your comment defies all logic!!

Is it really? The old firm are maybe lower prem/championship quality, but the rest are imo no better than league 1 standard.
