Okay, so it's not an automatic relegation, but it's a damnsight better than a pathetic 9/10 point penalty. I particularly like the quote

Dundee have had some very shadowy owners over the past 15 years ... remember when I worked in Scotland in about 1996 tracing one rogue potential owner of Dundee to British Columbia in Canada... where he had a track record to make Archer and Bellotti look like Saints!
