Home at Last.
The next goverment directive is for more schools to be directly funded and therefore self governing. now bear in mind I have no dependants, and just wonder if schools are improving in general in the area.
On face value it looks as though the schools in my local area have new windows, have had extensions, and the children seem polite and happy.
