Now that we have won the championship, will that make us a more attractive county to come to play for. In the past, it's always been counties such as Surrey that have attracted the better players.
We have a lot going for us here, climate, coastline, South Downs, etc, so by proving that we can compete as well, it may help us to pick up the odd player to strengthen the squad, and hopefully become a real force rather than a one year wonder.
