But why did we do that? If Adkins had not made his comments back in November and then they hadn't spent the last couple of weeks belittling our achievements (by coming up with excuses for them not being top), then we wouldn't have done that. The Southampton debate has gone too far and is getting boring now but lets not forget where it started.

Also, for a club who spent a fair amount of yesterday singing about how they don't care about us, they seem to have a lot of fans on our forum at the moment.

Thanks for your intelligent input. IMO guards of honour are, for example, for soldiers who have served in Afghanistan not well paid 3rd division footballers.
